About the Club
The Oneonta Club was founded in 1923 by twelve local leaders of the community. The purpose was, and still is, mutually supportive fellowship and a social forum.
Membership is by invitation and represents cross sections of the leadership of civics, business and professional men in South Pasadena, San Marino, Pasadena, Alhambra and other San Gabriel Valley cities.
Monthly dinner programs feature community singing, fine music of all types and speakers from various professions, including but not limited to politics, space exploration, scientific findings, arts, crafts and history.
While not aligned with any particular church or denomination, the Club and its members always have a strong moral base, love of our fellow man and an unabashed exhibit of love for this United States.
Meetings are held on the second Monday, starting promptly at 6:30pm. Members and their guest are invited to arrive at 6:00pm for our wine social.
We ask all members and guests to dress professionally. Gentlemen please attend in a suit, or sports coat and tie.
